when day breaks in small towns...


Kadak Chai on the Thela. Some local biscuits perhaps....

Flower sellers lend colour to the morning prayers.....

The little Nandi gets a bath... lovingly scrubbed by the resident priest.....


.... and then, the stones come alive when the rays of the sun play on them. 

Looking at the foreground you ask....did some admirer of the sculptures offer "maaza" as Prasad??

    Is this in Sambalpur.Probably part of it is in Bhubaneswar.You can really make obscure places interesting.

    There is a by-lane which leads from Lingaraj temple to Brahmsagar, at Bhubaneswar. Very interesting place. Could not spend much time there.
    That's enough reason to go back there, I guess.
