I must commend the authorities at Bangalore International Airport for hosting these little entertainers.
Especially since you don't get to see too many of them nowadays.
So, it was a great pleasure getting acquainted with this social creature who made friends with anyone who cared to sit and share their plate with him.
He refused the masala peanut offered to him, citing health reasons.
(He also steered clear of the can of Kingfisher draught, ostensibly due to religious preferences).
Little fella- may your breed increase!

However, the Tomato Cheese Sandwich was welcomed heartily.
Mridula had discarded the tomatoes from the sandwich ( once again due to religious considerations, i think)
The sparrow shared her love of cheese and disdain for tomatoes- daintily plucking the cheese out of the slices.

Blore airport had a sparrow-friendly atmosphere, specially designed. They are a vanishing breed indeed.
