Do you remember the time....

.....when you went to Connaught Place and had stately,  3- wheelers, decorated with rustic truck art, to ferry you around?

...when a visit to Old Delhi meant not only Jama Masjid and Red fort, but also the Phatphatis which were the pride of the place?

I almost re-lived those moments when I visited the Heritage Transport Museum, at Tauru, near Gurgaon.

Hats off to Tarun Thakral for carrying his passion to give happiness to so many of us...

Directions for the faithful:
Get out of Gurgaon. Onto the Jaipur Highway. Cross Manesar. After a few kilometers you will see the Old Toll Plaza, a brick structure, bang on the highway. Take the left turn 100m before the Plaza. Drive 7 odd kms to Taruru.. you can't miss it.
