Chennai recap

Did not get enough time to sketch this time around in Chennai.
The Kapeeleswara temple is a beautiful haunt that needs time to explore.
This time had just 15 mins to frantically doodle this one.

I should also mention the more-than-60 mins spent by our driver in going from point A to B to A.
He studiously avoided Google's advice of the route, to achieve this feat.

We avoided any argument with him, because he looked like the Jalikattu protesters who tamed bulls by the tail, during off days.

This is a shop in front of the temple which has more Gods and Goddesses than those within the complex.
There are beautiful brass lamp stands for sale too.
I loved the fact that he was not  bothered to man the shop and, perhaps,  enlisted the duties of the Gods for preventing any theft.
